After a great success of of the original SnowMirror for ServiceNow, we are pleased to announce that we have launched an almost identical product for Salesforce.com – SnowMirror for Salesforce. It replicates the data from a Salesforce instance (i.e. organization) into a traditional on-premise database such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. The fresh and mirrored data located in your environment allows you to perform advanced reporting and analytics, ensure business continuity, simplify integration and more.
SnowMirror enables you to select Salesforce objects (tables), choose columns needed and configure scheduler to keep the data up to date. The requirements are very simple as SnowMirror is a small agent running in your environment. The only resources needed are a small box to install the agent, target database and a Salesforce user account with sufficient permissions. SnowMirror supports Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, IBM DB2 and PostgreSQL out of the box. Other database vendors are available upon request.
