SnowMirror Archive saves ServiceNow users money by off-loading obsolete attachments and data from the ServiceNow cloud according to rules that they set. This is especially important because a large part of the data stored in a ServiceNow instance has not been accessed in a long time – possibly even years.

When you offload ServiceNow data to your own infrastructure (either your own cloud infrastructure or on-premise), SnowMirror Archive makes it easy to see the context of the data using its new embedded Data Viewer. Included in the new SnowMirror 6 release, the Data Viewer enables you to browse the offloaded data with an appearance similar to what it would look like in ServiceNow. In fact, the list and form layouts are obtained from ServiceNow, so the data looks familiar to the ServiceNow users. Records are displayed with attachments and comments if these are replicated/archived too.
The new release also includes a new version of a query builder for defining filters and conditions directly in SnowMirror, instead of copy-pasting ServiceNow encoded queries from the instance. This saves time and makes it easier to see what data is set to be replicated.
SnowMirror Archive also helps your company to remain in compliance by keeping your data in the correct data domiciles and handling conditions. Your data is always at hand on your own infrastructure should you ever need to restore it.
All SnowMirror releases are compatible with the latest ServiceNow releases, as well as backwards compatible with older versions.
