We’re excited to announce SnowMirror 6.3.0, another step forward in making ServiceNow data replication and access even more powerful and flexible. This release introduces key enhancements that help you retain visibility into your data even after decommissioning your instance and leverage modern analytics platforms through new file format support.
Offline Data Viewer – The Data Viewer can now be used without a ServiceNow connection. This new Offline Mode is especially useful when your ServiceNow instance is being decommissioned or archived.
When enabled, SnowMirror automatically downloads and stores all required metadata, ensuring that your replicated ServiceNow data remains fully viewable and correctly formatted even after the original instance is no longer accessible.
Parquet File Support – SnowMirror now supports exporting and storing ServiceNow data in Parquet format directly to your cloud storage.
Parquet is a modern, columnar data format optimized for analytics performance and storage efficiency, making it ideal for use in data lakes and lakehouses such as Databricks, Amazon Athena, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery.
