ServiceNow KNOWLEDGE 2026 – Day 3

As Knowledge26 in Las Vegas comes to a close, it’s great to step back and reflect on a few key takeaways. GuideVision Head of Business Development Adam Rurarz reports from Knowledge:

“AI was clearly front and center this year. ServiceNow reinforced its commitment to AI‑driven transformation, with the AI Control Tower standing out as a strong signal of where the platform is heading. This is not just vision – we’re already planning how to integrate these capabilities for our customers, helping them govern, scale, and extract real value from AI across their ServiceNow estates.

Equally valuable were the face‑to‑face conversations. Our GuideVision team had insightful discussions with customers and fellow partners around real‑world challenges and innovations, including deep dives into our product – SnowMirror, and how customers are thinking about visibility, control, and value realization on the platform.

Knowledge is also about relationships. We had the pleasure of reconnecting with colleagues from our mother company Infosys, aligning on ongoing initiatives and exploring future possibilities where our combined strengths can help customers succeed on a larger scale.

Overall, Knowledge26 leaves us in a hopeful and energized spirit—excited about what’s ahead, motivated by the innovation we’ve seen, and fully focused on delivering the best possible value to our customers.

Looking forward to what’s next.”

Our thanks to the GuideVision/SnowMirror team at Knowledge: Adam Rurarz, Andrzej Szczepański, Jiří Nádvorník, and Jana Zobalova, as well as our colleagues from Infosys!

GuideVision is an Infosys company.
