In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, ServiceNow has made the wise decision of moving its annual Knowledge event into the digital space to protect its community and attendees. But that also means this will become a truly global event, with attendees no longer having to visit Orlando, FL in person on May 5.

What is Knowledge 2020?
